My place is on a 22 acer block 12kms from Tamworth CBD, also within a few kilometres itha side are small villages, Nemingah and Kootingal, both with supermarkets, chemist, post office for your convenience.
The block runs down to the Cockburn river where we have our own access to the river, unfortunately there is no water in it atm due to the drought. But we do have a 10m in ground pool and a tennis court! Nice and quiet, tranquil area, well off the road with a lock up garage all for your own use, you could also store large personal belongings eg. Your room has a king size bed, mattress freshly professionally cleaned, optional if you would prefer to bring your own bed. Walk in robe, plenty of storage and a on suite bathroom.
Wifi included and there is a TV outlet in your room. Air con, large flat screen, free wifi nbn. All brand new. Beds, 1 double on bottom. Can sleep 4 on short stay. It's got white tiles in living room, easy kitchen and pleasantly set up.
Air-conditioning in areas. The house is a stones throw away from the beach, massive back yard, fire pit, it is a new house with an open living plan. Rooms are a good size with in built wardrobes. Cafes are a stroll away! Centrally located to town and public transport, The iconic Kempsey Hotel offers Studio Accommodation with free onsite parking. A live in manager is on site at all time. Own bathroom except for when visitors stay. You will have your own bathroom and your room has builtin wardrobe. The house has a lovely backyard and is fully furnished however your room is not. The house is located in Coffs Harbour with the address provided once we have had a chat on the phone to ensure we are looking for the same thing. I do ask that only people that love dogs to contact me as I have a 3 year old Labrador that is my fur baby. Your rent is inclusive of internet and water.
