We arrived back home yesterday 5th August The first night, arrived 4am was very noisy, room on the front with very busy road, all night long. Myself and my 15yr old daughter had hoped that things would get better after first night, but unfortunately, got a lot worse. Shouting and noise carried on all night.
Went down at 5am to tell reception and security, who said wasn't aware of problem, bought them to our balcony to witness for themselves!.
Asked to be moved from the 3rd night onwards to pool room, different world around the back of apartments. On our last day I spoke to the manager who just happened to be on reception, who clearly stated he was aware of this situation but wasn't his problem and couldn't do anything about them!? If they are on yours grounds and round your car park, then surely its your problem, or am I missing something? I pity couples with young children. The staff are very friendly and always available making exception to the Manager I spoke to, who needs management training The rooms are kept clean with clean towels. Pool and poolside cleaned daily. Just make sure you don't end up on the front, road side. Lots of groups of young males and females tend to stay here too. Dear Patricia K Thank you very much for sending us your valued opinion.
We regret the bad experience you had with the ladies of the street, this type of shouting by the ladies is unusual. What we try to explain you corcerning the prostitutes outside the street is that unfortunately we have no rights or power to handle things that happens "outside" but I can assure that inside the complex we do not have these types of services, road ladies are only visible at late night and not during the day and we have no complaints about bullying.
