As a result of a complaint filed with the National Migration Office of Mar del Plata, the authorities realized a list of addresses in which foreign citizens could be found sexually exploited.
The authorities found that the house located on the street Berutti N , is a brothel where most of the women were foreign and sexually exploited and the males pay for their services. In addition, the brothel published telephone numbers to contact the women and a website where the costumer can watch the pictures of the victims like products offering sex.
It was proved that the respondent received and welcomed the victims at brothel: 1 prior to August 27, to M. Also, the investigation showed the different roles assumed by the respondents to carry out the illegal exploitation.
